    The 9.11 Memorial Fund is a nonprofit organization (NOT a 501c3) based in South West Florida. Our sole purpose is to purchase and place a monument in our local Veterans/Heroes Park to honor all first responders who sacrificed their lives for the safety and security of their communities.

  • Our Mission? It's Simple!

    Our first responders don't get enough recognition or honor. Since September 11, 2001, over 7,200 first responders have given their lives in the line of duty. That is approximately 300 deaths per year, or 25 deaths per month, nearly 1 first responder dies in the line of duty every day in the United States.
